Our application equipment is built alongside every adhesive system we ship. Dispensing, lamination and curing are calibrated as one machine — not as parts bolted together later.

Kyotex offers automated dispensing and laminating machinery, engineered in-house to run its adhesive systems at production speed.

Machines for pressure-sensitive tape

These are the Kyo machines Kyotex lists for its pressure-sensitive adhesives (K System):

• KYO100S: a pneumatic machine for self-aligning application of Kyotex PSA adhesives up to 145 mm (about 5.7 in) wide.
• KYO101: an electronically controlled machine for self-aligning application of Kyotex PSA adhesives up to 145 mm (about 5.7 in) wide.
• KYO500: a machine for applying medium and large Kyotex PSA adhesives in leather goods.
• Zipper equipment: a new machine, introduced by ALC at the Simac 2025 trade show, for applying adhesive to zippers in leather goods.

The KYO100S and KYO101 apply our insole adhesive tape.
